Refund Policy
(Only applicable for Lighting, Home décor and Furniture)
Refund Policy:

- Refunds can be processed within 48 hours from the date of delivery, approved refunds will result in the issuance of a credit note valid for 90 days from the issuance date.
- It's important to note that during sale period, credit note is not applicable.
- Please note that any items bought at a sale or clearance price, is not eligible for refund or exchange.
Exchanges and returns:
- Exchanges and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to evaluation and determination. They will be considered only in instances where a manufacturing fault has occurred.
- If a request is rejected, the client will receive an explanation.
- Customers are permitted to exchange goods within 48 hours of the delivery date. The items must be returned to MF Interior Works in their original condition. For all returns or exchanges, the original invoice and delivery note (if applicable) must be provided. Unless otherwise arranged, MF Interior Works will provide a credit note valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Returns will not be accepted after 48 hours from the delivery date.
- If you opt to exchange your purchase for different items or a credit note, our customer service team will gladly assist you. However, please be aware that exchanges are not permitted for customized items or any items bought during a sale or clearance.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Deposits for custom projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Cost incurred for materials and third-party services are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues:
- Please examine your items upon delivery and before signing the delivery receipt. Any claims of damage made after signing this document cannot guarantee or warrant an exchange or refund.
Transportation Charges:
- MF Interior Works reserves the right to apply a transportation fee for the collection of exchanged/returned goods. The fee amounts to AED 500/- for Dubai and Sharjah, and AED 700/- for all other Emirates. These charges will be invoiced through online credit card payment and must be settled prior to the collection of goods intended for exchange/return.
