1.Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services Provided:
We offer a range of services including Interior design, Architecture, Contracting, Fit-out, and Furniture.
3. Client Responsibilities:
Provide accurate project specifications, timely payments, and necessary approvals for project progression.
4. Payment Terms:
Payments are due as per the agreed schedule.
5. Intellectual Property:
All design concepts and project plans remain the intellectual property of MF Interior Works until full payment is received.
6. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability:
MF Interior Works is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to, loss of profits or business interruption.
8. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Termination fees may apply based on the stage of the project and expenses incurred.
9. Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek mediation before resorting to legal action.
10. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE. Any disputes will be resolved under Dubai jurisdiction.
11. Amendments to Terms:
MF Interior Works reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
